Pineapple curry on rice with shrimp and naan bread~
I love naan bread <3 I don't eat meat so I gave the shrimp to my mom hahaha

My most recent thing I guess. This was for the mall mural thing. I primed the board and painted it in an hour, the day before it was due lol. Totally rushed and flawed, but oh well- I tried to make it more lighthearted because it will obv. be in a public space. orz. I wish I didn't have to do it...! So many flaws and things I could do better. Acrylic can be a bitch.

If you're okay with seeing flawed paintings then move on. Otherwise go back nao.

This one's on its side but I couldn't be arsed to flip it. It was done on an enormous canvas (WHY) and more fun to paint but still felt like a chore! It didn't turn out the way I had wanted it to, I think it's quite awkward (the guy is supposed to be stuck in coral underwater... hahaha, the things I come up with when I'm a half asleep zombie!)

I was actually quite happy with 90% of this. The assignment was to mix up famous paintings, I chose Caravaggio vs. Klimt. I hate drawing females (yes that head in the corner is the rather ugly one from one of Klimt's paintings.. not a man haha) so it didn't turn out 100% right. I'm okay with that!

Bleh. I had high hopes for this year but it's not quite what I had imagined....... I guess it was alright but at least there was some definite improvement.

...These are the only finished paintings of mine so far that my mom took pics of to show to the family at Christmas (why oh why?!?!?). There are many more but I couldn't be bothered to lug my camera around just yet.
